This studio is amazing! Quite possibly the best studio I have ever seen! The sleeping area is off to the side, so actually feels like a bedroom. The living room is open with lots of room to move around. Wall to wall windows make it so bright & cheery. The large balcony gives you another 3 season room to chill & relax, or entertain friends. All new appliances, flooring, baseboards, paint, new solid doors on bath/laundry, large walk-in closet w/ closest organizers, in-suite laundry, storage, super clean. Gym, party room, bike room, caretaker. Pets & rentals allowed. Walk to the Skytrain, bike paths, movie theatres, restaurants, & coffee shops Downtown, Gastown, & in Olympic Village. Two blocks to the seawall, Costco & Rogers Arena. Nothing to do but move in & enjoy!
